I'm obsessed with sharing success. When Emily and I started this project in 2015 as a hobby, we never imagined that operations would grow like they have. Throughout this journey, ensuring people are recognised and rewarded for making the team successful has been and is one of our core pillars.
Lighting engineer by day, company director by night, setting up and running Lothiredon has certainly not been without challenges. This makes the success we have seen over the past few years all the more rewarding.
Outside of work (both lighting and Lothiredon), you'll often find me tinkering around with systems to make my life easier (though IĀ am by no means a software dev!), exploring nature or weather permitting, jumping out of airplanes.
